Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, chats, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve student queries related to admissions, courses, classes, study materials, app access, tests, and academic support.
  • Ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly and no calls remain unattended.
  • Conduct regular feedback calls and maintain engagement with students.
