Job Description
Bulk Hiring – Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Noida (NSEZ)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary Structure:
* Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 CTC
* Experienced: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 CTC
* In-hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 (depending on experience & performance)
Additional Earning Opportunities:
* Weekly Off Working: ₹600 per day (Up to ₹2400/month)
* Extra Hours: 3 hrs/day × ₹100 per hour = ₹300/day
* Performance Incentives as per process
* Total earning potential can go up to ₹20,000+ per month
Eligibility:
* Age: 18 – 35 Years
* Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
* No strong English required – only basic understanding
* Good Hindi communication required
Job Role:
* Handle inbound customer calls
* Resolve customer queries related to the process
* Maintain call records in the system
