JOB DESCRIPTION
A Customer Care Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and empathetic service. •Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining customer loyalty.
•Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
•Record Management: Update and manage customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.
* Feedback Analysis: Track and analyze customer feedback to propose improvements in service delivery.
