Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Handle incoming customer calls or inbound customer service calls.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Provide product/service information
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Update customer details in CRM/system
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher teams
- Follow company process and communication standards
- Achieve targets like quality, AHT, and CSAT
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Support customers politely and professionally
