Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our support team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle both voice and non-voice support processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
• Provide prompt and accurate information about products and services.
• Manage voice, non-voice, chat, and blended support processes.
• Resolve customer complaints while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Ensure chat quality and adhere to company service standards.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Intermediate English

Salary:

• ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000
