Job Role Sales Executive (Inside sales) No field work
We are looking for energetic and confident candidates to join our team as Sales Executive inbound Sales .
Key responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
Fresher’s are welcome; candidates with experience in telesales, inside sales, BPO
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass Graduate Fresher can apply (as per company requirement).
Good communication skills in Hindi
