Job Description

It's a blended process, 80% voice & 20 % chat process, where agents have to resolve customer queries over chat & call.

Must have good communication skills in English

HSC/ Graduate, freshers & experienced, both can apply.

6 days working & 1 rotational off

Must be comfortable with 24*7 rotational shift.

One side cab facility in odd hours (10:00 PM -06:00 AM; Either pick up or drop)


Salary -16000 to 19000 / month
