Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive (Voice Process).
Company: Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida Sector 63
Salary Package: Up to ₹18,300 CTC
In-hand Salary: ₹15,100
Fixed CTC: ₹15,700
Shift Allowance: ₹2,600
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to net banking via voice calls.
- Assist customers with login issues, password resets, and transaction-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
This role requires good communication skills, basic understanding of banking processes, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
