It is an International inbound voice process where associates have to resolve customer queries over the call.

It's US telecom Process voice process.

Graduate/undergraduate both can apply.

Must have excellent communication skills in English.

Must have a minimum 1 year of experience in international Inbound Voice Process.

5 days working & 2 rotational offs

Night Shift

Both Side cab facilities are available.
