Job Description
Roles & Responsbilities:-
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, email, chat.
· Handle inbound and outbound call to know the customer queries in a professional way.
· Ensure that customers concerns are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
· Provide information regarding products, services, order status, and company policies.
· Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed.
· Assist customers with order placement and modifications.
· Maintain records of customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
· Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and escalations.
