Job Description
Short Job Description – Customer Support Agent (Merchant Services)
Role: Customer Support Agent – Merchant Services
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat related to POS devices, transactions, merchant onboarding, settlements, and payment issues.
- Troubleshoot Level 1 & Level 2 issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Support merchants, banks, and B2B partners with MDR, TID/MID, reconciliation, and onboarding queries.
- Log and track all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet service KPIs such as FCR, AHT, and CSAT.
- Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment while ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and company SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Regional language proficiency (any one): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
