Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Sector 60 Noida
Qualification : Graduate or 12th Pass with 6 Months of experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to companies product.
· Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
· Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.
· Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
