Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist students by resolving their queries and maintaining regular engagement. The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, and able to provide a smooth support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and resolve student queries in a timely and polite manner
• Communicate regularly with students via calls, chats, or emails
• Build and maintain strong student relationships through engagement
• Collect feedback from students and share insights with the team
• Provide accurate information about courses, processes, or services
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure proper resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

• Polite and customer-friendly attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Patience and active listening ability
• Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Education background preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in customer support or education industry is a plus
• Other Requirements:Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team
• Empathetic approach towards students
