Position : Customer Support (UK/US and Australia) (Voice Process)

Location : Noida Sector 63

Experience : Freshers to 2+ Years of Experience in Sales (International sales/support experience is an advantage)

Job Description :

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to IT products, SaaS solutions, software, and other technology services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products or services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Convert provided leads into successful sales by delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Follow up with interested customers whenever required to close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding process.

Required Skills :

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with a target-driven attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to work in Day or Night shifts.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Candidates with experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Technical Sales, International Voice Process, or Customer Sales will be preferred.
