Job Title: International Process Agent- Night shift job
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Process Agent to handle voice/non-voice processes for global clients. The role involves interacting with international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat for international customers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets (KPI/SLAs)
