Deputy Manager - Taxation

We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager - Taxation to join our team based in Noida, India.

About The Job

 Responsibilities:

The tax position is within Technip India finance department.  Candidate is expected to perform below given responsibilities: - 

  • Deliver on time and accurate tax returns, TDS/ withholding tax return, Advance tax  workings, Tax provisioning etc.
  • Coordinate/ Support in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Group Tax reporting, MIS Reporting, Transfer Pricing filings.
  • Responsible for all direct tax compliances of Technip India, as well as other non-resident entities of Technip Group with tax presence in India.
  • Support on intra-group transactions, Tax litigation, Assessments, Compliances, Tax Advisory.
  • Should have working knowledge of GST/FEMA.
  • Knowledge of the bidding process and shall be able to finalize Tax Structure in coordination with the Group Tax Department, shall be able to review tax clauses from Income Tax Perspective, prepare Tax Slides

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with requisite  6 to 10 years of Industry Work experience (preferable EPC) in Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax etc. with minimum Experience of Working in Big Four of 2 to 3 years.
  • Person with Background of Working in an EPC industry.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills, analytical bent of mind and requisite drafting abilities, capable of working independently and lead a team, self starter with a dynamic outlook
