​Job Overview

​We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our interior design firm. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality client leads through Meta Ads and Google My Business (GMB), and edit site walkthrough videos/photos for our social media channels.

​Key Responsibilities

​Meta Ads Management (Instagram & Facebook):

​Set up and run targeted 'Lead Generation' and 'Brand Awareness' campaigns for high-value residential and commercial interior projects.

​Drive quality inquiries while optimizing and maintaining a low CPL (Cost Per Lead).

​Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, ad copy, and carousel/reel ads.

​Google My Business (GMB) & Local SEO:

​Optimize and maintain the GMB profile with relevant local search keywords.

​Formulate strategies to rank in top local search queries (e.g., "Best Interior Designer near me").

​Regularly upload high-resolution project photos, updates, and manage client reviews.

​Content Creation & Video Editing:

​Edit site walkthroughs, 'Before vs. After' transformations, and trending social media reels.

​Design premium visual posts, stories, and ad banners using Canva / CapCut / VN / Adobe Premiere Pro.

​Demonstrate a strong aesthetic sense for interior design to ensure all visual output looks luxurious and professional.

​Communication & Lead Handling:

​Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and GMB.

​Handle initial client interactions, understand their scope of work, and qualify leads for formal meetings.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google My Business, Canva, and video editing software (CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro).

​Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

​Visual & Design Aesthetics: Ability to capture and present architectural/interior details from visually compelling angles.

​Analytics: Capability to analyze campaign metrics and compile weekly/monthly performance reports.

​Bonus Points

​Prior experience working with an interior design, architecture, or real estate company.

​Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging captions and persuasive ad copies.
