About the RoleNext Gen Realty is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in generating high-quality leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance marketing.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with sales teams to monitor lead quality and conversion outcomes.
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, landing page recommendations, and funnel strategies.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixel setup, Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
- Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Preferred QualificationsCertifications in Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience handling large advertising budgets.
- Demonstrated success in generating and scaling real estate leads.
- Performance ExpectationsConsistent generation of qualified leads within target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Improvement in lead-to-site visit and lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Effective campaign optimization and budget management.
- Regular reporting and performance analysis.
