Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday–Saturday)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA

Job Overview:

Ace Stayz Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our online presence and drive direct bookings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, managing social media, and creating content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Instagram
• Manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create engaging content — captions, reels scripts, emailers, and blog posts
• Handle SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
• Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) within budget and ROI targets
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions and guest retention
• Track and report on key metrics — traffic, leads, conversions, and ROAS — using Google Analytics
• Manage Google Business Profile and reputation across review platforms
• Produce creatives for campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Good understanding of SEO/SEM best practices
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools
• Experience managing influencer collaborations or brand partnerships
• Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM tools
