Dispatch Manager

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end dispatch operations of Online UPS systems, batteries, and related equipment. The role ensures timely, accurate, and safe delivery of products while maintaining proper documentation, coordination, and compliance with company standards.

• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation (invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan, etc.) before dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth movement of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock availability.
• Ensure all dispatched UPS systems meet quality and testing standards before shipment.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle dispatch-related issues, delays, or damages and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper dispatch records, reports, and documentation for audit and tracking purposes.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team for priority dispatches and urgent requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize dispatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise and guide the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.
