Job Description – Back Office Executive (E-commerce Operations)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage daily operations for multiple e-commerce brands. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media accounts, confirming customer orders, coordinating shipping, and ensuring smooth order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage social media accounts for multiple e-commerce brands.
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally.
• Confirm customer orders through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Process and manage orders on e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with courier and shipping partners for dispatch and delivery updates.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain order records, invoices, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with warehouse and support teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely updates of order and shipping status.
• Prepare daily reports related to orders, dispatch, and customer support.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and order management systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or back office operations is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar platforms.
• Experience with shipping panels and courier management tools.
• Basic understanding of customer handling and online sales operations.
