E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and drive sales through e-commerce platforms

Manage product listings and catalogue creation on websites

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Handle email marketing and online sales strategies (no calling)

Create and manage content on social media platforms

Work on trending content ideas to boost engagement

Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel

Update and manage CRM data

Ensure smooth coordination for online business growth

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in E-commerce / Digital Sales

Strong research and analytical skills

Good written and verbal communication (email writing is a must)

Hands-on experience with product listing and catalogue management

Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation

Sales-oriented mindset (without phone calling)

Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory)

CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Note-Candidates with experience only in inventory management, order processing, dispatch, or return handling are not suitable for this role.
