Senior HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Senior HubSpot Specialist to lead HubSpot implementations, migrations, and marketing automation for B2B & B2C clients.
You will drive end-to-end CRM setup, lifecycle automation, and data-led growth strategies, ensuring seamless migration from other platforms and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end migration to HubSpot (data mapping, imports, workflows, pipelines)
• Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, re-engagement)
• Set up and manage workflows, emails, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring
• Structure and maintain HubSpot CRM (contacts, deals, pipelines, properties)
• Manage integrations (Shopify, Salesforce, APIs, etc.)
• Track performance (CTR, CVR, pipeline, ROI) and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and lead client communication

kills & Requirements
Must-Have

• 4+ years in marketing automation / CRM
• 2–3 years hands-on HubSpot experience
• Proven experience in HubSpot migration projects
• Strong in workflows, segmentation, and CRM structuring
• Understanding of B2B/eCommerce journeys
• Basic HTML/email editing + analytics skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Dotdigital
• API/Zapier integrations
• HubSpot certifications
