We're looking for an Education Counselor to join our team at E Campus EdTech . in Noida. You'll guide students and parents on academic and career paths, and help them achieve their goals.
*Responsibilities:*
- Guide students and parents on course selection, career paths, and academic planning
- Provide info on programs, fees, admission processes, and eligibility criteria
- Address queries via phone, email, or chat
- Build relationships with students, parents, and schools
- Collaborate with teams to improve student outcomes
- Meet counseling and conversion targets
*Experience:*
- Min 6 Month of experience in education counseling or sales
