JD 2: O365 Resource – Grade 3B (VDA Replacement)
Role: O365 Administrator
Location: Noida / Pune (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and support of Microsoft O365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
- User lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, access changes).
- Troubleshooting end‑user issues related to collaboration and productivity tools.
- Coordination with L2/L3 teams and Microsoft support.
- Support migration and optimization initiatives from legacy VDI/VDA setups.
