Position: Equity Dealer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift timings- 09:00 am to 5:30 pm
Job Summary- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Equity Dealer to execute trades, provide market insights, manage client relationships, and generate revenue through brokerage and cross-selling of investment products. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute buy and sell orders in equity markets on behalf of clients accurately and efficiently.
- Provide market updates, investment ideas, and trading recommendations to clients.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while acquiring new clients.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide timely advisory support.
- Generate brokerage revenue through active client engagement and trading activity.
- Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, and other investment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company guidelines during trade execution.
- Resolve client queries related to trading, portfolio performance, and market movements.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and advisory teams to enhance client experience.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Equity Markets, Derivatives, and Trading Platforms.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Understanding of stock market fundamentals and technical analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure during market hours.
- Sales and revenue-generation mindset.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and trading terminals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, Finance, Economics preferred).
- NISM Series VIII Certification preferred.
- Freshers with strong market knowledge can apply.
- Prior experience in stock broking, trading, or financial advisory will be an added advantage.
