Executive Assistant

Manufacturing Unit | Noida Sector 138 | Full-time, On-site


About the role

We are a growing manufacturing business based in Noida Sector 138. Our Executive Assistant handles the

back-office and admin operations of the business — from billing and payroll to HR tasks and bank

documentation. This is a reliable, detail-oriented role that sits at the centre of our office operations. You will be

responsible for keeping administrative work accurate and on time every day.


Key responsibilities

Accounts & billing

• Prepare and manage sales invoices on Tally / Tally Prime

• Handle purchase-side accounts processing after material receipt (against PO)

• Prepare export/import documents and submit to bank as required

HR & payroll

• Calculate and process monthly salary for all employees

• Add/remove employees and manage daily attendance on PagarBook

• Mark approvals for employee loan and leave requests as directed by MD

Office administration

• Coordinate courier dispatches to clients — book, track and confirm delivery

• Maintain filing and records for all office and factory correspondence

• Assist MD with day-to-day coordination tasks as required


What we are looking for

Must-have (non-negotiable)

• Honest and trustworthy — handles payroll and financial data daily

• Strong follow-up habit — tracks pending tasks without being reminded

• Working knowledge of Tally or willingness to learn quickly

• Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets for basic data entry

• Lives within 45 minutes travelling time from Sector 138, Noida


Good to have

• Prior experience in admin, accounts, or office coordination (0–3 years)

• Familiarity with PagarBook or any HR/attendance software

• Basic written English for email and document drafting

• Stable work history — not frequently switching jobs


Salary & logistics

Monthly CTC Rs 15,000 – Rs 22,000 (based on experience)

Work location Noida Sector 138 — full-time, on-site only

Working days Monday to Saturday

Experience Freshers welcome; 0–3 years preferred
