Job Title: Documentation Executive – International Projects & Export Operations


Location: Noida


Job Type: Full-Time


Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Documentation Executive who can manage and handle all documentation processes related to international projects, export operations, and overseas clients. The candidate should have good knowledge of export documentation, client coordination, and project-related paperwork.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Prepare and manage export and international project documentation

Handle invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and compliance paperwork

Coordinate with international clients, vendors, and logistics partners

Maintain records of import/export transactions and project documents

Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance and shipment processing

Follow up with clients regarding required approvals and documents

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution

Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems

Prepare reports and maintain MIS records related to international projects

Ensure timely submission and verification of all required documents


Required Skills:


Good knowledge of export/import documentation processes

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Good coordination and organizational abilities

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy


Experience:

5+ Years Preferred


Qualification:

Graduate / MBA / Relevant Qualification


Salary:

Negotiable based on experience

Self-driven and professional attitude

Problem-solving and coordination skills

Experience in handling international clients and project documentation

Should be well versed with freight logistics, CIF, shipping terms, and export processes
