Job Profile: Export Sales Executive (food processing Machines manufacturing industry) + Telecalling


Position Overview:

Responsible for generating international business for pasta machinery, handling export clients, and managing telecalling activities to convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Sales & Client Handling

Handle export inquiries for pasta machines (automatic & semi-automatic lines)

Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Understand client requirements (capacity, product type )

Provide suitable machine solutions and technical details

2. Telecalling & Lead Generation

Make cold calls to potential clients in international markets

Follow up on leads from exhibitions, websites, and marketing campaigns

Convert inquiries into qualified leads and orders

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects

3. Quotation & Sales Conversion

Prepare and share quotations with proper specifications

Explain machine features, production capacity, and benefits

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

4. Product Knowledge & Presentation

Explain working of machines

Guide clients on complete production lines

Promote special products 

Share catalogs, videos, and technical data

5. Export Coordination

Coordinate with production team for order processing

Assist in basic export documentation (invoice, packing list, etc.)

Track order status and update clients

Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

6. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with international clients

Handle client queries and after-sales follow-ups

Maintain CRM data and client records

Required Skills

Strong communication & telecalling skills

Knowledge of export sales / international markets


Negotiation and persuasion ability

English fluency (additional languages are a plus)
