Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily facility and administrative operations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor office cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage vendor coordination and AMC services.
  • Track office assets, stationery, and inventory.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical, AC, plumbing, and other office equipment.
  • Support office events, meetings, and employee arrangements.
  • Maintain records of invoices, bills, and facility-related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for facility requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and office policies.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of facility management and administration.
  • Vendor handling and problem-solving ability.
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
