We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products and services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards sales and customer handling.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily call records and customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and good English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
