Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to support business development, client coordination, and on-site operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating sample deliveries, and ensuring smooth product dispatch and delivery at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit new companies to generate business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.

Coordinate and deliver product samples to prospective and existing customers.

Visit client plants during product dispatch and delivery to ensure smooth loading, unloading, and overall coordination.

Act as the point of contact between the company, clients, transporters, and plant teams during deliveries.

Resolve on-site issues related to product delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.

Prepare daily field visit reports and update client interaction records.

Support the Sales & Operations team in achieving business targets.

Perform other field-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for field work.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams.

Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Operations (Preferred).

Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
