Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Verification & Investigation Executive who will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, verification, and investigations across multiple locations. The role requires extensive travel to verify assets, customers, warehouses, project sites, and materials, ensuring compliance with company requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit customer locations, warehouses, project sites, and other assigned locations for physical verification.

* Verify the existence, condition, and status of assets as per company guidelines.

* Conduct customer verification and gather required information through field visits.

* Inspect warehouses and inventory to ensure proper stock and material availability.

* Verify whether project work has been completed as per the approved scope and requirements.

* Check and validate materials used at project sites.

* Conduct detailed investigations and prepare factual reports with supporting evidence.

* Capture photographs, documents, and observations during site visits.

* Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential risks and report findings promptly.

* Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit reports within defined timelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams for clarification and resolution of verification-related issues.

Required Skills

* Strong observation and investigation skills.

* Good communication and reporting abilities.

* Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

* Knowledge of verification, audit, inspection, or field investigation processes.

* Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and mobile reporting applications.

* Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Prior experience in field verification, investigation, audit, collections verification, or site inspection will be preferred.

Job Requirements

* Willingness to travel frequently across multiple locations.

* Ability to handle field assignments under deadlines.

* Valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
