Job Title: Field Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to source, screen, and hire candidates directly from local communities and on-site locations. The role involves traveling to various areas, conducting walk-in interviews, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-ground recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews
- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, and outreach activities
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate records and follow up throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
