Job Description – Telecaller (Sales Profile)Organization Type: NGO + Legal Documentation Services
Department: Sales & Client Coordination
📌 Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Tele caller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our NGO initiatives and legal documentation services, and convert leads into clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of legal services like name change, affidavit, agreement, etc.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Calling & Lead Handling Make outbound calls to potential clients from given data
- Attend inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Explain services clearly (NGO support + legal documentation services)
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up data
- 2. Sales & Conversion Convince customers to take services (name change, affidavit, agreement, etc.)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Follow up with interested leads until conversion
- Upsell additional services where possible
- 3. NGO-Related Tasks In form people about NGO activities (human rights, women empowerment, etc.)
- Encourage donations, memberships, or participation
- Handle queries related to NGO services and support programs
- Coordinate with NGO team for campaigns and outreach
- 4. Legal Documentation Support Guide clients about required documents for services
- Explain process
- Collect basic client details and documents
- Coordinate with backend team for document processing
- 5. Data Management & Reporting Maintain lead data in Excel/CRM
- Update status of each client (Interested / Not Interested / Converted)
- Submit daily call and sales report
- 🧾 Required Skills Basic knowledge of legal documentation (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Sales mindset and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- 🎓 Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass
- Preferred: Graduate
- 💼 Experience Fresher or 6 months+ experience in telecalling/sales
