Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to acquire new customers and promote loan products. The role involves direct interaction with clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
Promote and sell loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.)
Meet potential customers and explain product features, eligibility, and benefits
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals and disbursement
Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
