### **Compensation & Benefits**

* **Salary:** ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

* **PF Contribution:** ₹3,600

* **Petrol Allowance:** ₹5.15 per km

* **Incentives:** Up to ₹15,000/month (performance-based)

* **Travel:** 50–80 km daily (field role)

* **Asset Requirement:** Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory

### **Job Overview**

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Field Relationship Manager. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, verifying property details, and managing end-to-end coordination between tenants and property owners to ensure successful deal closures.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Visit customer locations as per company-provided leads

* Coordinate with tenants and property owners to facilitate rental agreements

* Negotiate and convince both parties to close deals successfully

* Verify newly listed properties by cross-checking uploaded photos and details

* Maintain accurate documentation and daily visit reports

* Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets

### **Eligibility Criteria**

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or a client-facing role

* Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license

* Comfortable with daily field travel up to 80 km

* Immediate joiners preferred (0–7 days notice period)
