Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryA Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients on-site, and closing property deals. The role requires extensive fieldwork, direct client interaction, and strong sales skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned locations, project sites, and nearby areas to identify and approach potential clients
• Generate leads through field activities such as cold visits, referrals, and local networking
• Conduct property site visits with clients and explain project details
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and investors
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with the internal sales and CRM team for lead management
• Maintain daily activity reports (meetings, visits, conversions)
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in field sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory)
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork
• Two-wheeler preferred (optional but advantageous)
