Role Overview:

A Field Sales Executive is a responsible for generating leads and driving e-rickshaw onboarding. The role involves meeting potential drivers, partners, and parking owners on the ground and contributing to sales growth through direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, or partners in assigned areas
•  Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Explain e-rickshaw battery swapping services clearly to clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain sales pipeline and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, onboarding, support)
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations

Skills Required       

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good knowledge of local market/geography
• Sales and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of EV industry (battery swapping preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Own bike and smartphone

Qualification

Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 0–1 years in field sales or direct sales

Work Conditions

 Field-based role (extensive travel within city/area)
