About the Role

Brikon is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to develop relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, and construction sites while generating new business for paints, cement, hardware, waterproofing products, and other building materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites daily across the assigned territory.
• Meet contractors, chowkidars, homeowners, architects, and builders.
• Collect genuine customer and site information.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors and repeat customers.
• Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
• Submit daily visit and lead reports through a mobile app or Google Form.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in paints, cement, hardware, construction materials, FMCG, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Smartphone required.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
• Honest, disciplined, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
