Field Sales Executive

We are hiring highly energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to acquire new B2B clients and drive revenue through on-field sales activities. The role requires strong communication, client interaction, and deal-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients (SMEs, business owners) to generate new business
• Present and sell TradeIndia subscription & digital services
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold meetings
• Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up and close deals effectively

🎯 KRA (Key Responsibility Areas):

• Minimum 4–5 client meetings per day
• Minimum 2–3 closures per week
• Daily reporting of visits, leads, and conversions
• Ensure consistent revenue generation as per the target
• Maintain high conversion ratio from meetings to sales

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B / Field Sales
• Graduate preferred
• Bike is mandatory for field visits
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
