A Freight Forwarding Operations executive required for vital link in international trade, managing the end-to-end transportation of goods. To book cargo, prepare documentation (bills of lading, invoices), ensure customs compliance, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery across sea, air, or land. Also to troubleshoot delays and negotiate with carriers for cost-effective routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Coordination: Organizing transport from origin to destination using air, sea, rail, or road.
• Documentation: Preparing and verifying crucial shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Customs Clearance: Liaising with customs authorities to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Carrier Management: Booking space with carriers and negotiating freight rates.
• Customer Support: Tracking shipments and providing updates to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution: Addressing disruptions like delays, damaged cargo, or route changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
