Office Administrator – CitizenSetuSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: In-Office

🌟 Role OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of CitizenSetu. The role involves handling complaint coordination, client communication, documentation, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Complaint & Case ManagementHandle incoming complaints received through the website/forms
  • Maintain and update complaint records in Google Sheets
  • Track the status and progress of each case
  • Ensure proper follow-ups and timely updates
  • 2. Coordination with AssociatesAssign complaints to relevant associates/mentors
  • Maintain and update associate database (Google Sheets)
  • Follow up with associates for updates and resolution status
  • 3. Client CommunicationCall and communicate with clients to understand their issues clearly
  • Provide basic updates and coordination support
  • Ensure proper follow-up and closure communication
  • 4. Documentation & Letter DraftingDraft basic official letters, applications, and communication documents
  • Assist in preparing complaint-related documentation
  • Maintain proper records of documents and communications
  • 5. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate records of:
  • Complaints
  • Client details
  • Associate details
  • Ensure all data is updated, organized, and easily accessible
  • 6. Office & Administrative WorkHandle day-to-day office operations and coordination
  • Assist in general administrative tasks and reporting
  • Support the team in smooth workflow management
  • 🧠 RequirementsBasic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (very important)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English writing)
  • Ability to draft simple and clear official letters
  • Comfortable handling calls and coordination work
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
  • ⚡ Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience in admin / coordination / customer support roles
  • Basic understanding of formal documentation or letter writing
  • 🚨 Important NoteThis role involves regular follow-ups, communication, and documentation work
  • Candidate must be comfortable with calls + writing tasks (letters/applications)
  • Work environment may be dynamic and require handling multiple tasks simultaneously
