We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging visual content for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing creatives and editing videos for marketing and branding.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures & ads
- Edit property videos, reels, and promotional content
- Create engaging Instagram reels & marketing videos
- Work closely with marketing & sales team
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements:
- Graduate / Pursuing (Design, Media or relevant field preferred)
- Knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Basic understanding of social media trends
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Freshers & experienced both can apply

💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed) (Depends on skills & experience)
