Job Description
💼 Key Responsibilities1. Backend Sales (High Priority)
- Connect with webinar attendees who didn’t purchase
- Understand their concerns and inspire them to join
- Follow up consistently to close sales
2. Customer Onboarding (Zoom)
- Conduct group onboarding sessions on Zoom
- Help customers understand the business model
- Ensure smooth kick-start of their journey
3. Customer Success & Support
- Track and map the customer journey
- Provide continuous handholding and support
- Solve queries and ensure satisfaction
4. Upselling & Growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell other programs
- Build long-term relationships with customers
5. Operations & MIS
- Maintain daily MIS and reports
- Send payment reminders and follow-ups
- Learn and implement new tools/technologies
