Job Description

Guide members on proper exercise techniques, strength training, and cardio workouts

• Design personalized workout plans based on individual fitness goals

• Ensure correct form, safety, and injury prevention during workouts

• Conduct fitness assessments for new members

• Demonstrate and monitor the use of gym equipment

• Track client progress and provide motivation and support

• Offer basic advice on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a positive environment on the gym floor

• Conduct personal training and group training sessions
