Job Description

Position: Home Loan Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for home loans through field visits, referrals, builders, and property dealers.
• Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property documents).
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking and home loan products.
• Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM tools).
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or sales can apply.
