Urgent Hiring | HR & Admin Manager
📍 Location: Noida
💰 CTC: Up to ₹4.20 LPA (for the right candidate)
🎓 Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)
📅 Experience: Minimum 2 Years in HR & Admin Role
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee documentation and record management
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- HR policy implementation and employee engagement
- Administrative operations and office management
- Vendor coordination and general administration
Requirements:
✔ MBA in HR or related field (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficient in MS Office and HR processes
✔ Ability to handle recruitment and administrative responsibilities independently
