Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales management.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the branch sales team.
- Take complete responsibility for achieving sales targets.
- Conduct daily and weekly team meetings.
- Guide and support team members in closing deals.
- Monitor team performance and provide training when required.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with management for branch operations and business growth.
- Required Skills:Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate the team and achieve targets.
- Experience in handling sales and client meetings.
