Office HR Executive / HR Generalist
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: MBA in HR / Human Resource Management
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR professional with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
- Maintain positive employee relations and healthy work culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Verify attendance and maintain monthly HR reports.
- Support finance/accounts team in salary processing.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Track employee performance and training requirements.
- Support learning & development initiatives.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidential HR files and records.
- Coordinate office administration activities when required.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Support career development and employee skill enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Recruitment and employee handling experience
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Additional Responsibilities
- Vendor coordination and office administration
- HR MIS reporting and documentation
- Support management in HR strategy implementation
